Susan joined TDA in August of 2025, bringing with her a strong background from industry. Prior to joining our team, she managed both financial operations and human resources for a multi-state mortgage brokerage. Her expertise includes overseeing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, employee benefits, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Susan is highly proficient in Quickbooks Online and leverages her industry experience to offer clients valuable insights and innovative reporting solutions. Her practical perspective enhances our ability to deliver meaningful, actionable financial information to our clients.

When she's not at work, Susan loves making memories with her family - whether they're sharing a delicious meal at a favorite local restaurant, exploring new shops, or diving into a captivating book.
