Michael is a partner at Treeful Damaso Aniceto, Inc., where he combines deep technical expertise with a passion for helping people—both clients and colleagues. He specializes in managing and performing attestation and tax engagements for non-profit organizations and for-profit companies, as well as providing comprehensive tax planning and preparation for individual, corporate, and trust clients. His leadership extends to overseeing TDA, Inc.’s management information systems, always striving to leverage the most efficient, client-focused software solutions.

Michael believes that a thriving firm starts with a positive, supportive culture. He is dedicated to fostering staff engagement and work/life harmony, ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered to succeed both professionally and personally. Before starting Treeful Damaso Aniceto, Inc., Michael spent nearly a decade at Heald Hoffmeister and Company, where he became a junior partner in 2013. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bryant University and is an active member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.

Outside the office, Michael is deeply involved in coaching youth sports, finding it incredibly fulfilling to mentor young athletes and help them grow both on and off the field. A devoted family man, he loves spending quality time with his wife and two children. Whether it’s playing golf, enjoying other sports, or traveling to new destinations, Michael brings energy and enthusiasm to everything he does.
