Client Services Manager/Administrative Assistant

Our team is currently looking to welcome a Client Services Manager.

Job Description: Client Service Managers play a vital role in supporting our firm’s day-to-day operations and enhancing our efficiency. This position includes handling administrative tasks, supporting our accounting professionals, and ensuring smooth communication within the team and with our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the firm, managing reception duties, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and client engagements.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, including managing email correspondence and phone calls.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records related to client accounts and firm operations.
  • Support accounting staff with administrative tasks, such as document preparation and data entry.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.

Skills & Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a public accounting or professional services firm. (Preffered)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
